Abstract
Tema ovog rada su mogućnosti poboljšanja gastronomije grada Zagreba i okolice. Navedene su glavne značajke gastronomije kao pojma te glavna zagrebačka jela i njihova obilježja. Zatim je u nastavku rada provedeno istraživanje na temelju internetskog materijala, web stranica i slika. Odabrano je 5 restorana u gradu Zagrebu te je na temelju njihovih jelovnika provedeno istraživanje koliko jela s jelovnika pripada zagrebačkoj kuhinji, kakva im je kvaliteta web stranice, je li im ponuda raznolika i sl. Također su restorani prikazani i tabelarno s obzirom na kriterije. Analizirani su dobiveni rezultati te su dane preporuke za poboljšanje.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper are possibilities of improving the gastronomy of Zagreb and its surroundings. It describes main features of gastronomy as well as main dishes in Zagreb and their characteristics. List of dishes is then followed by the research that was conducted on the basis of web material, web pages and images. Five restaurants in the city of Zagreb were selected and on the basis of their menus it was examined how many dishes from menus belong to the Zagreb cuisine, what is the quality of the website and whether the chosen restaurants offer a variety of dishes. The results of the research are displayed in a table according to the criteria. The results obtained were analysed and recommendations for improvement given.
