Abstract
Ovim završnim radom istražuje se te potom analizira isplativost investiranja u street food restoran na području Grada Zagreba. Kontekstom potencijalnih ulaganja teorijski i praktično predstavlja se poslovanje street food restorana kao dijela gastroturističkog trenda i utjecaja na lokalno tržište kao važnog elementa gastroturističke ponude Zagreba. Teorijskim dijelom rada prikazuju se turistički i gastronomski aspekti tržišta s fokusom na hrvatsku turističku i gastronomsku ponudu, ponudu Zagreba te se objašnjava značenje i funkcija street food trenda u gastronomiji. Praktičnim dijelom rada sagledavaju se svi relevantni tržišni i financijski pokazatelji za predloženu lokaciju te se procjenjuje koja je moguća uspješnost ovakvog poslovanja na određenom poslovnom slučaju. Cilj samog istraživanja odnosi se na ispitivanje tržišne mogućnosti za pokretanje toga tipa restorana kao jednog od najpopularnijih tipova zagrebačke ugostiteljske ponude.
Abstract (english)
This Bachelor’s thesis will explore and analyse the profitability of investing in a street food restaurant in the City of Zagreb. Potential investment is trying to present the business of the gastronomic trend of street food restaurants and their impact on the local market as an important element of Zagreb's gastronomic offer. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the tourist and gastronomic aspects of the market, focusing on the Croatian tourist and gastronomic offer, the gastronomic offer of Zagreb, and explains the meaning and function of street food trends in gastronomy. The practical part of work reviews all relevant market and financial indicators for the proposed location and assesses the possible success of such business on a particular business case. The aim of the research itself is to examine market opportunities in Zagreb for starting this type of restaurant as one of the most popular types of gastronomy offer.
