News Corp is a large global media corporation that largely shapes the public perception of a certain issues through its media announcements on important world economic, political and social topics. Its newspapers The Times, Wall Street Journal and New York Post are united as subsidiaries of media coverage and as such operate relatively independently in reporting news. Although they operate as independent news units, they are integrated into a single corporation, hence a contradictory understanding of the presentation of media content by News Corp and the individual presentation of its media agencies, where the same content can be presented to the public in a different way. The presented content of each medium is diversified, this is evident regardless of whether these media belong to the same owner. The media analysis shows that The Times maintains a neutral position in the presentation of media content on the topic of the American support to Ukraine with a smaller quantitative scope of such content because it is not the primary subject of interest of this news medium. Significant interest was expressed by the New York Post and the Wall Street Journal, but their positions differ in the presentation of media content, where the diversity of the content presented on the same topic by two news media under the same ownership is highly developed. The media analysis performed in this paper has found that the media consolidation can have a positive effect on the diversity of media content presentation in the context of providing support and encouraging certain news media that are consolidated by the supreme corporation to maintain their previously acquired viewpoints and freedom in media expression.
