Enogastronomy as a concept is a combination of traditional dishes and wines as part of the experience and as a new specific offer on the tourist market. In this final paper, the goal was to present Slavonia as an enogastronomic destination. From the search for food to survive, the world’s first restaurant, gastronomy has become an art for many today. The combination of tourism and gastronomy turned into gastrotourism. Food and wine are still not the main motives for tourists to come to the country, but they certainly complement the tourist offer and through food and wine can best approach the traditions and customs that have existed for centuries. It is gastrotourism that can be an escape from today's massive tourism. Slavonia boasts many specialties and indigenous products that can become world famous with the application of modern technologies. The use of social networks enables connection with domestic and foreign tourists, facilitates communication, as well as the presentation of food and wine of Slavonian cuisine. For the development of gastrotourism, it is necessary to develop a special development strategy, to include the gastronomic offer in tourist products, to design a marketing program for gastro tourism and to encourage cooperation at all levels. According to the above, Slavonia has recognized the potential of gastrotourism, but it is necessary to use it to its full potential and recognizable quality, in order to become a cuisine that has developed into a strong global brand.
