Abstract
Automobil danas nije samo sredstvo prijevoza nego i predmet vlastitog izbora, odnosno osobnosti ili statusa. Rabljeni automobili sve su popularniji zbog rasta cijena novih i činjenice da je tržište novih vozila, posebno što se tiče fizičkih osoba - kupaca, zadnjih godina manje nego tržište onih polovnih. Manje se ljudi odlučuje na novi automobil zbog tržišta koje je puno rabljenih automobila povoljne cijene. Iz tog razloga, ovaj završni rad se bavi odrednicama ponašanja potrošača. Nakon što je analizirano samo ponašanje potrošača, njihove percepcije i stavovi, analizirano je i tržište automobila, kako novih tako i polovnih. Rad također sadrži i analizu distribucije i načina kupovine polovnih automobila kao i pravnih regulativi vezanih za kupovinu istih. Na kraju, primarni dio rada odnosi se na istraživanje ponašanja potrošača pri kupovini polovnih automobila te se u pogledu toga provelo i istraživanje na uzorku od 154 ispitanika, kojim se došlo do odgovora što kupci preferiraju pri odabiru polovnih automobila.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, a car is not just a means of transport, but an object of one's own choice, or reflection of personality or status. Used cars are increasingly popular due to rising prices and the fact that the market for new vehicles, especially for private customers, has been smaller than the used car market in recent years. Less people decide to buy a new car due to a market which contains a huge number of well priced used cars For this reason, this final thesis deals with consumer behavior determinants. After analyzing consumer behavior, their perceptions and attitudes, new and used car markets were analyzed. This paper also includes the analysis of distribution and the ways of purchasing cars as well as the legal regulations related to the purchase. Finally, the primary part of this paper deals with consumer behavior before and while purchasing used car. Thus, the research was done on a sample of 154 respondents, resulting in an answer what customers prefer when choosing an used car.
