The main goal of this thesis was to research and analyse the market and clients’ opinions regarding restaurant Luna and to create a communication plan of the researched restaurant. In the thesis were explained and defined the techniques of public relations and was analysed the role of communication planning with special emphasis on digital communication, as well as offer, demand, number of restaurants on the market on which is restaurant Luna and the current communication via social network of researched restaurant. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used for the purposes of this research. Qualitative methods were conducted by an in-depth interview on the sample of three examinees. Quantitative methods were conducted by a questionnaire on the sample of fifty examinees, clients of the Luna restaurant. Results of the research showed the lack of continuous bi-directional communication with customers and need for more often updates on social media. The communication plan of the Luna restaurant was developed based on these results.
