Abstract
Cilj završnoga rada bio je ispitati i analizirati tržište te stavove i mišljenja ljudi o ugostiteljskom objektu Luna te kreirati plan komunikacijskih aktivnosti za ovaj objekt. U radu su objašnjene tehnike i definicije odnosa s javnošću, analizirane uloga i planiranje komunikacije s osvrtom na digitalnu komunikaciju, ponuda, potražnja, brojnost ugostiteljskih objekata na tržištu na kojem djeluje restoran Luna te dosadašnja komunikacija ugostiteljskog objekta na društvenim mrežama. Za potrebe... More rada provedena su kvalitativna i kvantitativna metoda istraživanja. Kvalitativna metoda istraživanja provedena je dubinskim intervjuom u kojem je sudjelovalo troje ispitanika. Druga metoda kojom su ispitani stavovi ispitanika je kvantitativna metoda anketnog upitnika u kojoj je sudjelovalo 50 ispitanika. Rezultati su pokazali kako je potrebna bolja i kontinuirana dvosmjerna komunikacija na društvenim mrežama restorana Luna i učestalost objave sadržaja. Abstract (english)
The main goal of this thesis was to research and analyse the market and clients’ opinions regarding restaurant Luna and to create a communication plan of the researched restaurant. In the thesis were explained and defined the techniques of public relations and was analysed the role of communication planning with special emphasis on digital communication, as well as offer, demand, number of restaurants on the market on which is restaurant Luna and the current communication via social network... More of researched restaurant. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used for the purposes of this research. Qualitative methods were conducted by an in-depth interview on the sample of three examinees. Quantitative methods were conducted by a questionnaire on the sample of fifty examinees, clients of the Luna restaurant. Results of the research showed the lack of continuous bi-directional communication with customers and need for more often updates on social media.
