Abstract
Predmet ovog rada je izrada prijedloga poslovno-komunikacijskog plana pokretanja nove komunikacijske agencije u Hrvatskoj na temelju analize hrvatskog komunikacijskog agencijskog tržišta, definiranja ciljnih skupina i razvoja konkretnog komunikacijskog plana. Ovaj rad pruža pregled pravnog okvira za pokretanje agencije, analizu komunikacije uspješnih agencija na hrvatskom tržištu, implementaciju digitalnih alata za postizanje poslovnih i komunikacijskih ciljeva te detaljan pregled svih potrebnih koraka od idejnog začetka agencije, do konkretnog otvaranja pravnog subjekta, razvoja komunikacijskog plana i upotreba taktika za ostvarenje komunikacijskih ciljeva i ostvarenja poslovnih suradnji.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is the development of a proposed business communications plan for launching a new communications agency in Croatia based on the analysis of the communications agency market in Croatia, as well as defining target groups, and devising a specific communications plan. This paper provides an overview of the legal framework for starting an agency, analyses the communications business of successful agencies in the Croatian market, implementation of digital tools to achieve business and communications goals, and a detailed overview of all necessary steps from the conceptualization of the agency to the establishment of the legal entity, the development of a communications plan, and tactics to achieve communications goals and business collaboration.
