Abstract
U zadanom radu prikazan je, raščlanjen te objašnjen informacijski sustav za trgovinu prodaje i održavanja informatičke opreme. Uvodni dio rada bavi se objašnjenjem što je zapravo informacijski sustav, od čega se on sastoji, koji su mu glavni procesi te njegova implementacija u realnim poslovnim sustavima. Dobiveni podatci se analiziraju uz pomoć metoda kao što su: relacijski model, konceptualni model te dijagram toka podataka. Značenje istih kao i detaljna izrada prikazana je postepeno. Da bi se dokazalo da su normalne forme pravilno izrađene, provodi se normalizacija podataka, a algoritmima dobivenim izvlačenjem informacija iz relacijskog modela, provjerava se sama funkcionalnost tog sustava.
Abstract (english)
In given paper, the information system for the sale and maintenance of IT equipment is presented, analyzed and explained. The introductory part of the paper deals with explaining what an information system actually is, what it consists of, what are its main processes and its implementation in real business systems. The obtained data are analyzed with the help of methods such as: relational model, conceptual model and data flow diagram. The meaning of the same as well as the detailed construction is presented step by step. In order to prove that the normal forms are properly created, data normalization has been implemented and, with the algorithms created by extracting information from the relational model, the very functionality of that system can bee checked.
