Abstract
Tema je ovog rada plan otvaranja i marketinškog pozicioniranja „Flying Cat“ bara u sklopu destilerije Brigljević. U radu je razrađen proces kreiranja marketinške pozicije na ciljanom tržištu koji uključuje segmentaciju tržišta, odabir ciljanog tržišta te odabir strategije pozicioniranja. Provedena je analiza vanjskog i unutarnjeg okruženja „Flying Cat“ bara analizom potencijalnih konkurenata, SWOT analizom te definiranjem poslovne misije, vizije i strateških ciljeva bara. Opisani su ciljani klijenti i kreiran je marketinški miks s uključenih svih 7 elemenata koji određuju ugostiteljski proizvod i uslugu. S ciljem definiranja i prijedloga primjene marketinške pozicije „Flying Cat“ bara provedeno je istraživanje o razini interesa potencijalnih klijenata u obliku anketnog upitnika. Detaljno su analizirani rezultati cijelog istraživanja na temelju kojih je iznesena primjenjiva strategija za pozicioniranje bara na ispitanom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is a plan for opening and market positioning of Flying Cat bar within Brigljević distillery. This paper elaborates the process of creating a market position on the target market which includes market segmentation, choosing a target market and defining a market position. It contains an external and internal environment analysis through the analysis of potential competitors, SWOT analysis and defining the business mission, vision and the strategic goals of the Flying Cat bar. The paper describes the target customers and the marketing mix with all 7 elements included defining a catering product and service. In order to define and suggest the use of a market position for the Flying Cat bar, this paper includes a research in the form of a survey about the level of interest among potential clients. The results of the research were analyzed in detail and based on that there is an effective strategy introduced for positioning the bar on the explored market.
