Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazat će se izgradnja taložnica otpadnih voda u poduzeću Sladorana d.d. Županja. Sladorana d.d je dio grupacije Viro tvornica šećera d.d. koja u svojem vlasništvu ima dvije od tri tvornice šećera u Hrvatskoj. Poduzeće broji 220 zaposlenika, a glavna djelatnost poduzeća je proizvodnja i prodaja šećera na svjetskom trţištu. Kao izvođača radova taložnica otpadnih voda putem javne nabave izabrana je tvrtka Jet-Set d.o.o. Vrbanja. Tvrtka je osnovana 1995.godine, a danas broji 50 zaposlenika. Glavne djelatnosti tvrtke su izgradnja nasipa, melioracijske građevine, retencije, autoceste, željezničke pruge te iskopi većih razmjera. Zahvatom u prostoru planira se izgradnja uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda od prerade šećerne repe. Kako se prljava voda više ne smije ispuštati u rijeku Savu potrebno je bilo izraditi pročistač otpadnih voda. Predviđeni kapacitet taložnica otpadnih voda je 140 000 m3. Prljava voda iz tvornice dovodi se cjevovodom do taložnica u kojima se se voda taloži u većem vremenskom periodu te drugim cjevovodom izbistrena voda vraća u pogon tvornice, dok se nataloženi mulj prirodno suši, nakon čega se utovaruje i izvozi iz taložnica te koristi za poljoprivredna zemljišta.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, it will be shown the construction of settling basins for company Sladorana d.d. Županja. Sladorana d.d. is part of Viro tvornica šećera d.d. group which owns three sugar processing plants in Croatia. The company has 220 employees and its core business is a production and trade of sugar on the world market. As a company selected to build settling basins for wastewater via public procurement was a Jet-Set d.o.o Vrbanja. The company was founded in the year 1955 and now has 50 employees. Its main role is the construction of river banks, melioration, water-gates, highways, railways, and large scale excavations. With reforming the surround area it is planned to build sugar beet wastewater processing structure. Since it is not allowed to wastewater release into the Sava river water purifier needs to be built. The designed capacity of settling basins is 140 000 m3. Wastewater is transported from the plant to the settling basins with pipelines where wastewater is settled down throughout a longer period of time and via secondary pipeline purified water will be brought back to the plant and the remaining sludge will be naturally dried, removed from settling basins and used for farming land.
