Abstract | U radu je postavljena teoretska osnova vezana za sam menadžment ljudskih potencijala,
motivaciju, radne teorije i upravljanje motivacijom, te je na praktičnom primjeru poduzeća
Brodometalurgija d.o.o. odrađeno istraživanje motivacije i zadovoljstva zaposlenika.
Teorijskom osnovom prikazana je važnost motivacije i načini upravljanja istom te je na
teoretsku osnovu dodano istraživanje kojim se utvrđuje motiviranost i zadovoljstvo
zaposlenika u zadanom poduzeću. Kako je motivacija i zadovoljstvo posla jedan od ključnih
faktora za uspješnost i razvoj poduzeća, vidljivo je da grana menadžmenta ljudskih
potencijala obavlja kvalitetan posao svojim metodama motivacije. Istraživanje je provedeno
putem anketnog upitnika na uzorku od 42 ispitanika koji su zaposlenici navedenog poduzeća.
Rezultati anketnog istraživanja su pokazali postojanost vrlo dobre motivacije u poduzeću gdje
su se zaposlenici izjasnili o svojim stajalištima vezanim za radne uvjete, zadovoljstvo plaćom,
poticajnosti okoline, učestalosti prekovremenih sati, zadovoljstvo isplatom prekovremenih
sati, ocjenom menadžmenta i cjelokupnom ocjenom zadovoljstva poslom. Unatoč tržišnoj
situaciji u Republici Hrvatskoj velika većina zaposlenih u navedenom poduzeću izjasnila se
kao zadovoljna materijalnim nagradama, uvjetima zaposlenja i generalnom ocjenom
zadovoljstva poslom. Poduzeće Brodometalurgija d.o.o. ima dobru podlogu za razvoj i
nastavak poboljšanja radnih uvjeta i zadovoljstva zaposlenika, temeljenim na provedenom
istraživanju. |

Parallel abstract (English) | The theoretical basis for human resources management, motivation, work theory and
motivation management has been set out in this paper, and by means of the practical example
of Brodometalurgija d.o.o. research on motivation and employee satisfaction was conducted.
The theoretical basis demonstrates the importance of motivation and management methods,
and in addition to the theoretical basis, additional research has determined employee
motivation and satisfaction in the given company. Given that motivation and job satisfaction
are key factors for the success and development of a company, it is evident that the human
resource management branch is doing an acceptable job with its motivational methods.
Research was conducted using a survey questionnaire on a population of 42 respondents who
are employees at the named company. The results of the survey have shown a persistence of
high motivation in the company with employees expressing their views on working
conditions, pay satisfaction, environmental incentives, overtime rates, satisfaction with
overtime salary, rating of management and overall job satisfaction. Despite the market
situation in the Republic of Croatia, the vast majority of employees at the company were
satisfied with the material rewards, employment conditions and gave a good rating for job
satisfaction. Based on the conducted research, Brodometalurgija d.o.o. has a good foundation
for further development and improvement of working conditions and employee satisfaction. |
