Abstract
Svrha ovog završnog rada je ispitati tržišnu mogućnost za pokretanje škole tenisa koja bi kao glavnu djelatnost imala treniranje djece svih dobnih uzrasta - od onih najmanjih, od 5 godina, pa do onih starijih, do 18 godina. U ovom radu ispitane su dvije različite lokacije za moguće otvaranje teniske škole. Jedna je od tih lokacija u Požegi, a druga u Zagrebu. Teorijskim dijelom rada prikazat će se ukratko značaj sporta i njegova uloga u društvu, istaknuti važnost tenisa te predstaviti najvažniji teniski klubovi u Hrvatskoj. Praktičnim djelom rada usporedno se sagledavaju osnovni relevantni tržišni i financijski elementi za svaku predloženu lokaciju te se procjenjuje kakva je moguća uspješnost njihovog poslovanja. Cilj je ovog rada sagledati sa svih aspekata u kojem je gradu isplativije i pogodnije pokrenuti ovu školu. Ovaj je plan rađen isključivo za prvu godinu poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this final paper is to examine the market opportunities of opening a tennis school which would present coaching children of all age groups, from the youngest at the age of 5 to the older ones at the age of 18, as its main activity. This paper analyses two different locations as where to open the tennis school, one of which is in Požega, the other in Zagreb. In the theoretical part of the paper the significance of sport and its role in society will be addressed, the importance of tennis will be emphasized, moreover, we will present the most relevant tennis clubs in Croatia. The practical part of the paper simultaneously considers the basic relevant market and financial elements of each proposed location and furthermore the likelihood of their business being a success is estimated. The aim of this paper is to evaluate in which city it would be more economical and convenient to start this school. This plan is exclusively related to the first year of business.
