Abstract
Tema rada je obrada pločastih materijala CNC routerom. Pod tim pojmom (eng. Computer numerical control router) izvorno se podrazumijeva računalno numerički upravljani router. CNC routeri su računalno upravljani strojevi za rezanje raznih pločastih materijala. Rade na principu unosa koordinata na upravljačku jedinicu stroja uz pomoć određenih pomoćnih programa. Uglavnom se koriste dva programa jedan koji izrađuje CAD-nacrt, te drugi koji taj nacrt prebacuje u G-kod. Općenito ovaj tip strojeva može se vidjeti kao ozbiljne strojeve za kompleksne tipove proizvodnje, isto tako postoje jednostavni rekreativni routeri za razonodu.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the processing of plate materials with a CNC router. Under this term (Eng. Computer numerical control router) is originally understood as a computer numerical control router. CNC routers are computer-controlled machines for processing various plate materials. They work on the principle of entering coordinates on the machine control unit with the help of certain auxiliary programs. Mostly two programs are used, one that creates a CAD drawing, and the other that converts that design into G-code. In general, this type of machine can be seen as serious machines for complex types of production, as well as simple recreational routers for leisure.
