Abstract
U ovom radu predstavljen je prijedlog komunikacijskog plana udruge Centar za razvoj mladih. Razlog odabira ove teme je mogućnost rasta Centra za razvoj mladih na tržištu studentskih udruga primjenom komunikacijskog plana. Nakon teorijskog dijela rada posvećenog važnosti i ulozi planiranja komunikacije, slijedi predstavljanje tržišta i karakteristika ciljanih javnosti udruge, a analizirana je i konkurencija udruge. Na temelju dobivenih informacija izrađen je prijedlog komunikacijskog plana kojem je cilj osigurati udruzi prepoznatljivost, bolju konkurentnost i veće zanimanje za projekte.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents a proposal for the communication plan of the association Centar za razvoj mladih (Youth Development Centre). The reason for choosing this topic is the possibility of growth of the Youth Development Centre in the market of student associations by creating a communication plan. After the theoretical part of the paper dedicated to the importance and role of communication planning, the market and the association’s target audience characteristics are presented, and the association's competition is analysed. Based on the research findings, a proposal for a communication plan is put forward, the goal of which is to ensure the association's recognition, improved competitiveness, and greater interest in its projects.
