Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je „Prijedlog unaprjeđenja marketinškog spleta odabranog restorana“ kako bi se temeljem istraživanja ponudili prijedlozi za poboljšanja pojedinih varijabli marketinškog spleta za restoran Botanist. Istraživački problem ovog završnog rada bio je saznati s kojim se marketinškim izazovima susreće restoran Botanist te na koji način je moguće doći do rješenja. U svrhu istraživanja te radi prikupljanja svih potrebnih podataka za potencijalno rješenje izazova, bio je proveden dubinski intervju s vlasnikom restorana koji je ujedno i marketinški menadžer objekta. Uz dubinski intervju korištena je i metoda analize sadržaja. Nakon analize podataka prikupljenih sekundarnim i primarnim istraživanjem, osmišljeni su prijedlozi unaprjeđenja restorana Botanist u skladu s vlasnikovim željama i mogućnostima restorana.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this thesis is “A Proposal for Improving the Marketing Mix of a Selected Restaurant” in order to offer suggestions for enhancing a certain marketing mix of variables for the Botanist restaurant, where the suggestions are based on research. The research problem of the thesis is to find out the marketing challenges faced by the Botanist restaurant and finding appropriate solutions. For the purpose of the research and to collect all the necessary data for a potential solution to the challenges, an in-depth interview was conducted with the restaurant's owner, who is also the marketing manager of the establishment. In addition to the in-depth interview, a method of content analysis was also carried out. After analysing the data collected from secondary and primary research, suggestions for improving the Botanist restaurant were devised in line with the owner’s wishes and the possibilities of the restaurant.
