Abstract
Potreba za energijom, zbog sve veće potrošnje, ima za posljedicu racionalizaciju potrošnje enegije i veći broj korištenja izvora energije i veća iskorištenja u proizvodnjama i pretvorbama svih vidova energije u električnu energiju. U radu je prikaz kogeneracijskog postrojenja energetskog bloka L u TE-TO-u Zagreb, jer predstavlja primjer proizvodnje električne energije iz toplinske, uz korištenje topline ispušnih plinova za grijanje, kako bi se povećala iskoristivost sustava koja doseže i 90%. Sustav uključuje plinsku turbinu loženu prirodnim plinom, kotao na otpadnu toplinu (utilizator) i parnu turbinu koja koristi pregrijanu paru iz kotla za proizvodnju električne energije. Izvedena su dva oduzimanja pare za dvije različite svrhe. Prvo oduzimanje (10 bara) za industrijsku paru, a drugo oduzimanje (2,5 bara) služi za zagrijač vrele vode, odnosno zagrijač sanitarne vode koja se koristi u kućanstvima.
Abstract (english)
The increasing energy demand has led to the need for both energy consumption rationalization and the use of a greater number of conversion of all forms of energy into electrical energy. This paper presents the cogeneration plant of the energy block „L“ at TE-TO Zagreb, as an example of electricity production from heat, using the heat of exaust gases for heating in order to increase the system's efficiency, which reaches up to 90%. The system includes a gas turbine fueled by natural gas, a waste heat boiler (HRSG) and a steam turbine that uses superheated stea from boiler to produce elecricity. Two steam extractions were performed for two different purpose. The first extraction (10bar) is for industrial steam, while the second extraction (2.5 bar) is used for heating hot water, speciffically for heating domestic water use din households.
