The thesis is based on the writing of a communication plan for the sustainable Štraca T-Shirt brand. The brand was chosen due to the acquaintance of the author of the work with the director of the brand and to help her communicate effectively with the target audience. The communication plan is based on research in the form of an online survey that was posted on the brand's social networks in order for the author to find out the consumerist habits of consumers, an analysis of the content of the brand's social networks in order for the author to find out how to improve communication with followers, and an in-depth interview with the director and owner of the brand, Marina Bašić in order for the author to find out the vision and mission of the brand and what the brand's communication is like so far and what are the wishes for the further development of the brand, furthermore, what she wants to emphasize even more and what are the brand's plans for the future. In the communication plan, brand communication was proposed for the period from July to September 2023 through social networks and flash mobs, so it can be said that traditional communication methods were combined with guerilla communication.
