Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je analiza sustava poslovne inteligencije, identificiranje područja primjene poslovne inteligencije te izrada prijedloga poslovne inteligencije za primjenu u maloj organizaciji. U svakoj današnjoj velikoj organizaciji postoji tim stručnjaka koji se bavi analizom nekih vrsta podataka te postoji sustav koji prikuplja i obrađuje podatke. Poslovnu inteligenciju najčešće koriste velike organizacije prilikom donošenja odluka jer one i prikupljaju najveće količine podataka te imaju sofisticirane sustave za tu namjenu. Postoje razne primjene poslovne inteligencije, sustavi prikupljanja i obrade podataka te sustavi za potporu u odlučivanju koji bi se mogli primijeniti i na malim organizacijama.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the business intelligence system, the identification of areas for application of business intelligence and the development of business intelligence proposals for a small organization. In every large organization today, there is a team of experts who deal with the analysis of some kind of data, and there is a system that collects and processes the data. Business intelligence is most often used by large organizations when making decisions because they collect the largest amount of data, and they have sophisticated systems for this use. There are various applications of business intelligence, data collection and processing systems, and decision support systems that could be applied to small organizations as well.
