Abstract | Poduzeća, od onih najmanjih pa do najvećih, svakodnevno su izložena različitim utjecajima. Tu se prvenstveno misli na vanjsku okolinu koja od menadžmenta zahtijeva brzu prilagodbu novonastalim situacijama, odnosno donošenje najboljih poslovnih odluka u danim okolnostima. Opća ili socijalna okolina najčešće se u ekonomskoj terminologiji nalazi pod kraticom PESTLE analiza, koja u sebi sadrži političku, ekonomsku, sociokulturnu, tehnološku, legalnu i ekološku dimenziju. Riječ je o velikom broju čimbenika koji traže teoretsko poznavanje, praćenje dnevno političkih zbivanja, analize, službene statističke podatke i dr. Ocjena samo u odnosu na jedan čimbenik nije dovoljna, nego ju treba sagledavati imajući u vidu i ostale čimbenike jer svaki od njih, izravno ili neizravno, može utjecati na donošenje najbolje moguće odluke za poduzeće. Iz navedenih razloga u ovom radu dan je opis vanjske okoline te nakon nje detaljan prikaz opće okoline, odnosno svakog pojedinog „PESTLE” čimbenika. Radom je obuhvaćen i proces poslovnog odlučivanja, koji uključuje: čimbenike odlučivanja, razradu čimbenika, faze u procesu odlučivanja, identifikaciju problema, definiranje zadataka, snimanje i analizu postojećeg stanja te traženje i vrednovanje inačica rješenja problema. Rad završava prikazom praktičnog dijela rada, analizom poduzeća Viro Zagreb d. o. o., odnosno zaključkom kako opća okolina utječe na konkretno poduzeće i proces odlučivanja. |
Abstract (english) | Companies, from the least to the largest, every day are exposed to various influences. Primarly it is external enviroment which from menagement requires quick adaptation in new situations or bringing the best buisness decisions in given sircumstances.If it is an unpredictable circumstance, management can only bring the best possible decision in such circumstances. The general or social environment is usually encountered in economic terminology under the abbreviation of the PESTLE analysis, which contains an political, economic, socio-cultural, technological, legal, ecological dimension. It is a large number of factors that require theoretical knowledge, day-to-day monitoring of political events, analysis, official statistical data and the other. But evaluation only in relation to one factor is insufficient, but should be considered with due regard to other factors as each of them directly or indirectly can influence the best possible decision for the company. Therefore, in this work I gave a description of the external environment and after that a detailed review of the general environment or any particular "PESTLE" factor. The work also covers the process of business decision making which includes: deciding factors, developing factors, stages in the decision-making process, identification of problems, defining tasks, recording and analysis of the current situation, and seeking and evaluating a solution to the problem solution. The work ends with the presentation of the practical part of the work, analysis of the company Viro Zagreb d.o.o., that is, how the general environment affects the company and the decision-making process. |
