Abstract
Pandemija COVID-19 uvjetovala je novu situaciju unutar koje su se različita poduzeća trebala prilagoditi i primijeniti metodu rada na izdvojenom radnom mjestu. Kako bi se provela takva vrsta posla u praksi, potrebna je zahtjevna organizacija posla koja mora biti praćena visokim tehnološkim standardima budući da se cijelokupna organizacija rada odvija putem internetske veze. Ovaj rad bazira se upravo na ispitivanju mišljenja takvih zaposlenika koji su bili u situaciji da svoj dom pretvore u vlastiti radni prostor. Rezultati pokazuju oduševljenje ispitanika prema određenim situacijama te nam naglašavaju ova područja.
Abstract (english)
The COVID-19 pandemic conditioned a new situation where various companies had to adapt and apply the method of working in a separate workplace. In order to implement this type of work in practice, a demanding organization is required which must be accompanied by high technological standards, since the entire organization of work takes place over the interenet connection. This work is based precisely on examining of opinions of such employees who were put in a situation where they had to turn their home into their own work space. The results show the respondents' enthusiasm for certain situations and emphasize these areas
