Abstract
U ovom je radu pojašnjen pojam sendvič-panela, vrste sendvič-panela i razlike u njihovom spajanju i montaži. Definirani su i pojašnjeni materijali koji se koriste pri njihovoj izradi te su opisana izolacijska svojstva koja sendvič-paneli pružaju. U radu je detaljno opisana proizvodnja sendvič-panela od poliuretanske (PUR) i poliizocijanuratne pjene (PIR) na proizvodnoj liniji, kao i proizvodnja sendvič-panela s ispunom od kamene vune i ekspandiranog polistirena (EPS-a). Ukratko je opisano što je sve potrebno za pravilno pakiranje, transport i skladištenje sendvič-panela. U zadnjem je dijelu rada objašnjena primjena sendvič-panela pri izradi kontejnera i kontejnerskih sklopova, a opisan je i postupak za montažu sendvič-panela na krovištima i na fasadama.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the concept of sandwich panels, the types of sandwich panels, and the differences in their joining method and assembly. The materials used for the manufacture are defined and explained, and the insulating properties of sandwich panels are described. The paper describes in detail the production of sandwich panels made of polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) on the production line, as well as the production of sandwich panels with stone wool and expanded polystyrene (EPS) as a filling. The paper briefly describes what is required for proper packaging, transportation, and storage of sandwich panels. The final part of the paper explains the application of sandwich panels in the manufacture of containers and container assemblies and describes the procedure for installing sandwich panels on roofs and facades.
