Abstract
Istraživački problem ovog radaje neistraženost načina komunikacije između ciljne skupine, zaposlenika, kao i ostalih ključnih sudionika u komunikacijskom kanalu koje su vezane za poduzeće autoškola „Zona“.Unatoč tome što „Zona“ ima dugu tradiciju komunikacije s korisnicima, izostanak disciplinirane provedbe strukturiranog komunikacijskog plana može postati ograničavajući faktor budućeg poslovanja tvrtke. U svrhu izrade rada korištene su mrežne stranice, knjige i razni članci kao literatura i kao sekundarni izvori podataka. Kao primarni izvor podataka napravljena je anketa koja je provedena među bivšim, trenutnim i potencijalnim polaznicima autoškole „Zona“. Dobiveni rezultati korišteni su u istraživanju mogućnosti koje se mogu iskoristiti kako bi polaznici autoškole bili sretniji i zadovoljniji pruženom uslugom. Osim polaznika, uključeni su i ostali sudionici u komunikacijskom procesu. Pregledani su apsolutno svi rezultati ankete, te na temelju njih, trenutnih tržišnih trendova i događanja i iskustava zaposlenika autoškole, napravljen je prijedlog komunikacijskog plana autoškole „Zona“. Sve u svrhu poboljšanja poslovanja i imidža autoškole „Zona“.Pomoću različitih analiza kao što su analiza situacije, SWOT i PEST analiza utvrđene su trenutne prednosti, nedostaci, prijetnje, trendovi, mogućnosti i poboljšanja. S obzirom na trenutnu konkurenciju u Vinkovcima, potrebno je uključiti sve svoje snage i napore kako bi se razlikovalo od konkurencije.
Abstract (english)
This paper's research problem is the new communication method between the target group, employees, and other key stakeholders in the communication channel related to the company of driving schools "Zona". Although the driving school has a long tradition of communication with customers, the lack of disciplined implementation of a structured communication plan can become a limiting factor for the company's future business. Websites, books, and articles were used as literature and secondary data sources. Current strengths, weaknesses, threats, trends, opportunities, and improvements have been identified through multiple analyses such as situation analysis, SWOT, and PEST analysis. As the primary data source, a survey was conducted among former, current and potential students of the Zona driving school. The obtained results were used in the research of possibilities that can be used to make the students of the driving school happier and more satisfied with the service provided. Apart from the participants, other participants in the communication process are also involved. All the survey results were considered and implemented in a proposal for a communication plan for the driving school Zona to improve the business and image of the Zona driving school. Given the current competition in Vinkovci, it is necessary to include all strengths and efforts to differentiate company from the competition.
