The subject of this paper was the analytical potential of the newly opened Villas on Pelješac. The basic goal of the paper was to explore the possibilities of opening a new accommodation capacity in Pelješac and its surroundings, i.e. holiday homes, and quality offers that Pelješac has not had so far. Most of the collected data are from various secondary sources, and the primary data used in the paper are the results of proven research and some of the author's ideas related to the appearance of holiday homes, i.e. villas. All tables and graphical data presented in the paper were analysed according to the current situation on the market of the Republic of Croatia, and were collected and updated from relevant sources. The majority of information is collected from the Internet, precisely to compare similar accommodation as well the offer of accommodation in general, but also for information about products needed for analysis of opening such holiday homes. This type of tourist offer of quality holiday homes is not particularly developed on this peninsula, so for these reasons there is great potential for development and progress. In conclusion, it should be said that a lot of enthusiasm and effort needs to be invested in order for this project to succeed.
