Abstract | Ovim završnim radom autor je želio prikazati neke od osnovnih komponenti menadžmenta, kao što su menadžerske funkcije, menadžerske vještine, pa i pojam poduzetničkog menadžmenta, a sve u svrhu usporedbe kako se ti elementi odvijaju u praksi i to na primjeru obiteljskog poduzeća Pršutana Granić d.o.o. iz Vrgorca. Također, jedna od polazišnih ideja za rad, ujedno je i jedna vrsta generacijske tranzicije u poslovanju, koja nastupa postepeno, jer se sin vlasnika, autor ovog rada, povremeno uključuje u neke dijelove vođenja i upravljanja obiteljskim poduzećem. Glavni menadžer, osnivač i vlasnik poduzeća Pršutana Granić d.o.o. u fokusu je rada jer unutar organizacije, usmjerava i upravlja kadrovima, pribavlja neophodne resurse te shodno tome, u skladu s ranije navedenim, preuzima odgovornost za postizanje ciljeva, a naročito u doba krize uzrokovane pandemijom korone. Ključni problem koji se prikazuje u radu je utjecaj menadžmenta na motivaciju zaposlenika, te na poslovni uspjeh poslovnog subjekta.
Obiteljsko poduzeće Pršutana Granić d.o.o. se bavi proizvodnjom, preradom i konzerviranjem mesa i mesnih proizvoda, tj. proizvodnjom sušenog, soljenog ili dimljenog mesa. Osnovano je 2017. godine i u potpunosti je u privatnom vlasništvu. Sa svojim proizvodima prisutni su na prostoru Republike Hrvatske. Od samog početka poslovanja Pršutana Granić d.o.o. ima uzlaznu putanju te trenutno zapošljava 20 djelatnika.
U radu se analiziraju neki dijelovi poslovanja u navedenom poduzeću, s naglaskom na materijalne i nematerijalne motivacijske tehnike, te nagrađivanje zaposlenika. |
Abstract (english) | In this final paper the author wanted to showcase some fundamental components of management as managerial functions, managerial skills and entprenurial managament in the purpose of comparison on how things take place in praxis on the example of the family company Pršutana Granić d.o.o. from Vrgorac. Additionaly one of the starting ideas for this kind of work is additionally a kind of generational transition in business, which occurs gradually, because the son of the owner who is the author of this work, occasionally gets involved in some parts of running and managing the family business. The general manager, founder and owner of the company Pršutana Granić d.o.o. is in the focus of work because within the organization he directs and manages the staff, furthermore he procures the necessary resources and, accordingly, in accordance with the above takes responsibility for achieving goals especially in times of crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The key problem presented in the paper is the influence of management on employee motivation and business success of the business entity.
The family company Pršutana Granić d.o.o. is engaged in the production, processing and canning of meat and meat related products, ie the production of dried, salted or smoked meat. It was founded in 2017 and is completely privately owned. They are present in Croatia with their products. From the very beginning of the business Pršutana Granić d.o.o. has an upward trajectory and currently employs 20 staff.
The paper analyzes some parts of the business in this company, with an emphasis on tangible and intangible motivational techniques, and rewarding employees. |
