Abstract
Ovaj specijalistički diplomski stručni rad u teorijskom dijelu objašnjava i bavi se pojmom trošarina, povijesti i razvojem trošarina u Republici Hrvatskoj, trošarinskim proizvodima te fiskalnim značajem za državni proračun koji će se prikazati tablično i kvantitativno. Iznesene su temeljne značajke i specifičnosti hrvatskog trošarinskog sustava i sam način njegovog funkcioniranja. Istražit će se organizacija trošarinskog sustava u Republici Hrvatskoj te udio prihoda koje donose trošarine u ukupnim poreznim prihodima. U empirijskom dijelu rad se bavi usklađenosti hrvatskog trošarinskog sustava s pravnom stečevinom Europske unije pri čemu će se koristiti metode komparacije i analize.
Abstract (english)
This specialist graduate professional paper, in the theoretical part, explains and deals with the concept of excise duty, history and development of excise duties in the Republic of Croatia, excise products and fiscal significance for the state budget, which will be presented in tabular and quantitative terms. The basic features and specifics of the Croatian excise system and the way of its functioning are presented. The organization of the excise system in the Republic of Croatia and the share of revenues generated by excise duties in total tax revenues will be investigated. In the empirical part, the paper deals with the harmonization of the Croatian excise systems with the community acquis of the European Union, where the method of comparison and analysis will be used.
