Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je istražiti čimbenike koji utječu na zadovoljstvo turista. Okvir za istraživanje izrađen je na temelju pregleda literature, kako bi se utvrdila istraživačka pitanja. Istraživanje je provedeno putem anketnog upitnika (n=150) s posjetiteljima otoka Lošinja, pri čemu se nastojalo utvrditi stupanj zadovoljstva turističkom ponudom u destinaciji. Rezultati istraživanja su prikazani pomoću grafikona i tablica. Najznačajniji čimbenici koji utječu na ukupno zadovoljstvo turista su klima, privlačnost krajolika, kakvoća mora, osobna sigurnost, smještaj i lokalna gastronomija. Uz to, ispitanici su najmanje zadovoljni elementima turističke ponude koji se odnose na smještaj s kućnim ljubimcima, sportske sadržaje, radno vrijeme ugostiteljskih objekata, prometnu povezanost Velog i Malog Lošinja, sadržaje za djecu, raznolikost kulturnih događanja i sadržaja. Uzimajući u obzir stalno poboljšanje ponude u destinaciji, otok Lošinj ima velike mogućnosti i prilike za dodatni razvoj.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper was to investigate factors that influence on a tourist satisfaction. The research framework was constructed based on the literature review to establish the research questions. The survey was conducted through a questionnaire (n=150) of the visitors on the island of Lošinj in order to measure a tourist’s satisfaction in the destination. The research results analyzed and shown by graphs and tables. It indicates the most significant factors affecting the overall satisfaction are climate, landscape attractiveness, sea water quality, safety, accommodation and local gastronomy. Tourists are less satisfied with the elements of offer related to accommodation with pets, sports facilities, working hours of catering facilities, the transport links between Veli and Mali Lošinj, facilities for children and events variety. There is a great capabilities and opportunities for the tourists offer development on the island through a continuous improvement of some segment’s tourists offer in destination.
