Abstract
U radu se obrađuje tematika primjene ISO 9001 norme u malom poduzeću. U prvome dijelu rada predstavljeno je malo poduzeće, njegov opis i poslovanje. U drugome dijelu opisana su ISO norma za upravljanje kvalitetom i njena povijest. U trećem dijelu rada opisana je norma ISO 9001:2008, te norma ISO 9001:2015. Opisom i tablicama prikazana je razlika normi te implementacija norme u malom poduzeću, na primjerima razvoja novog proizvoda i na primjeru rizika i prilika. U zadnjem dijelu rada predstavljeni su zaključci te preporuke za daljnji rad.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the theme of applying ISO 9001 standards to a small company. The first part of the thesis introduces a small company, its business plan and management. The second part describes the ISO standards and its history. The third part describes the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. The difference between the standards and their implementation in a small business are explained and described in charts on example of new product development and risk and opportunity example. The last part contains the conclusions and recommendations for further practice.
